Following on from the SmartPlant Project Engineering Environment Pilot Project IQ were engaged to develop SmartPlant Electrical (SPEL B) Seed file. IQ worked with the Business to develop a facility specific SmartPlant Electrical Standard and implementation guideline taking into consideration Company and Facility Engineering Standards, Engineering Class Library and existing legacy deliverables.
Information Quality provided SmartPlant Electrical (SPEL B) Administration and Subject Matter Expertise services to facilitate the initial setup and configuration of Smart Plant Electrical database in client offices. IQ provided custom training and assisted the Electrical Engineering team create Company Standard Drawing and Document templates.
Information Quality worked with Hexagon to enhance existing Engineering System Seed files and integrate the SmartPlant Engineering Systems with Smart Plant Operations (SPO) to enable Publish and Retrieve functionality for Corporate, Browse and Scarborough projects. The Engineering Seed files were also enhanced to include the Company Class Library, Engineering Key Lists, Engineering Datasheets and improved Symbology to facilitate digital delivery and handover from Projects to Operations.
Information Quality were engaged to support the development project with a comprehensive SDS alignment review of the FPSO scope. The client leveraged IQ’s industry leading Information Management and Engineering Data Management expertise to ensure the project delivered appropriate and correct deliverables to meet company operations & maintenance standards.
Off the back of successfully delivering the KGPF SAP Maintenance Build, Information Quality were awarded the SAP PM Transition scope for Cooper Basin. This project will review the incumbent maintenance management system data and build SAP master data, procedures and supporting documentation aligned to Beach standards and specifications. IQ’s role is also pivotal in engaging business stakeholders and frontline personnel to ensure a successful uptake of the new system.
Information Quality continue our decade plus support of major projects with handover management and specification development for the upcoming J-IC project offshore Barrow Island.
With the transition from project to operations, our client required support in ensuring that project modifications are updated in the digital asset and that the data driven deliverables remain a true reflection of the physical assets. IQ change management and intelligent design tool experts are working closely with the client operations and engineering teams to ensure that all project deliverables are true and correct in the digital asset.
Information Quality are delighted to continue supporting the SAP Maintenance and Reliability Team through the successful award of a 3 year contract. IQ will continue to the business through the governance, maintenance and improvement of the SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) and SAP materials management (SAP MM) modules master data.
Information Quality are proud to be involved in such a worthy cause supporting the Harry Perkins Institute by sponsoring the 2019 MACA Cancer 200 Ride for Research. This 200km, two-day cycling event raises vital funds for cancer research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. In addition to sponsoring the event, IQ will also be donning the lycra and suffering through the saddle sores, all in the name of cancer research and providing hope for those living with cancer.
