Origin Energy Data Consolidation

Following from the successful program of data consolidation work performed for Origin Energy in 2020, IQ were requested to assist in the consolidation of Engineering Information across a number of disparate assets and datasets.

Information which had been compiled over years of operation under differing delivery specifications were consolidated, normalised and prepared for uploading into Origins Aveva based information Ecosystem.

BHP Olympic Dam Smart Plant Reference Data Population

Information Quality were engaged by BHP to convert Olympic Dams existing paper-based Piping and Valve Specifications into SmartPlant Reference Data (SRD) so that they can be utilised by Smart 3D for new projects. IQ provided experienced S3D Administrator and Piping Specialists to populate and validate the data to ensuring that all piping specs met Industry and Company Standards and functioned correctly when loaded to Smart 3D.

Arrow Energy Clark Energy Data Migration

Following on from the success of the Braemar 2 document transition project Arrow Energy engaged Information Quality to perform a similar transition for the Clark Energy Operations and Maintenance Manuals. IQ extracted, classified and formatted individual deliverables for the Tipton Waste Water Plant Jenbaucher Generator Sets as well as facilitated the upload to Arrows Document Management System ASSAI to ensure that the latest information was is readily available to the Business.

Arrow Energy Work Request SharePoint Site

Information Quality provide SharePoint expertise to develop an Engineering Work Request system for Arrow Energy. A new SharePoint site was created and workflows configured to manage and track engineering tasks allocated by the Central Engineering Team. Existing work requests were migrated to the new system to provide access to old request and enable close out of current requests.

Beach Energy Otway MRU Maintenance Build

Beach Energy have leveraged Information Quality’s extensive Asset Management experience to deliver a full SAP maintenance build for the Otway Mercury Recovery Unit. The end result was an exceptional outcome for newly installed and operated equipment within the business, delivering an optimised build aligned to Beach standards supporting efficient maintenance execution.
