Information Quality have been supporting the client to adopt a standardised approach to maintenance and reliability across multiple oil and gas assets. The client has chosen to leverage these learnings to include the delivery of a full SAP Maintenance Build for a new LNG Plant.
Information Quality have been engaged to document the processes and unofficial lessons learned from the delivery of recent Major Capital Projects within the client organisation to deliver a Best Practice IM strategy for future Major Capital Projects.
Information Quality have been engaged to conduct inventory analysis across 5 operating assets. Utilising Phusion’s mobile data capture technology ‘Onsite’, IQ have been successful in identifying and recording inventory data, and assessing to be ready for cataloguing or disposal.
The client chose to leverage IQ’s ‘best in class’ expertise to demonstrate configuration and integration of the SmartPlant Engineering applications and supporting workflows to achieve asset Operations and Project requirements including concurrent engineering.
As part of the client EDM / IM improvement initiatives, Information Quality have been engaged to utilise scripts, machine learning and pre-defined algorithms for the semi-automatic extraction of metadata from engineering deliverables.

Information Quality has been engaged to direct and manage the development and implementation of a multi-year Information Management Project Execution Plan (IM PEP) for the Operations and Integrated Operations departments within ODSC (Operations, Drilling & Supply Chain), working in cooperation with other key functions, SME’s and stakeholders.
The client has recently developed a Maintenance and Integrity Vision to improve asset reliability, empower safe and effective decision making together with enabling a digital transformation. The strategy to achieve this vision is through the Maintenance Transformation Project (MTP) which IQ has been successfully awarded to deliver.
Information Quality’s long standing and proven success in supporting delivery of multiple major capital oil and gas projects, has resulted in the client choosing to engage services for effective Engineering Data Management and Information Management. IQ ensure the client has full visibility of EDM & IM delivery together with supporting Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance requirements. IQ is also responsible for implementing and delivering a seamless handover process.
The client chose to leverage IQ’s wealth of Operations Readiness experience in support of both current project scopes and corporate Operations. All Operations Readiness activities are supported with a standardised corporate Operations Readiness Framework in mind. IQ delivers this standardised approach in support of the client’s Vision and Purpose statements.
