In order to successfully, efficiently and consistently deliver Asset Management across facilities, Beach have implemented SAP PM in the Cooper Basin.
To ensure a successful transition from the incumbent system, Beach engaged IQ for the scope, which included building the supporting Master Data, Standards and Specifications aligned to Beach standards and specifications.
Effective stakeholder engagement across all layers of the business was critical to the successful uptake of the new system.

This client decided to engage industry ‘best in class’ expertise to review, validate, cleanse and transition PowerStation deliverables into the corporate document control management system Assai. IQ provided a value addition in successfully breaking out and registering 16000 key Engineering, Operations and Maintenance deliverables previously embedded within large Manuals.

BHP Olympic Dam SmartPlant Electrical Seed File Development

Following on from the SmartPlant Project Engineering Environment Pilot Project IQ were engaged to develop SmartPlant Electrical (SPEL B) Seed file. IQ worked with the Business to develop a facility specific SmartPlant Electrical Standard and implementation guideline taking into consideration Company and Facility Engineering Standards, Engineering Class Library and existing legacy deliverables.

Information Quality provided SmartPlant Electrical (SPEL B) Administration and Subject Matter Expertise services to facilitate the initial setup and configuration of Smart Plant Electrical database in client offices. IQ provided custom training and assisted the Electrical Engineering team create Company Standard Drawing and Document templates.

Woodside Engineering Seed Files Remediation

Information Quality worked with Hexagon to enhance existing Engineering System Seed files and integrate the SmartPlant Engineering Systems with Smart Plant Operations (SPO) to enable Publish and Retrieve functionality for Corporate, Browse and Scarborough projects. The Engineering Seed files were also enhanced to include the Company Class Library, Engineering Key Lists, Engineering Datasheets and improved Symbology to facilitate digital delivery and handover from Projects to Operations.
