Information Quality were engaged to provide a strategic plan for the management of Information on a major sustaining capital scope for a multinational miner on their Paraburdoo site.
Critical Information Consolidation and Datasheet Generation
Throughout the lifecycle of assets, information is regularly manipulated by numerous sources in vastly diverse systems. The holistic compilation, validation and presentation of this information is a task which Information Quality are uniquely skilled at and experienced in.
Our client, the operator of a network of remote facilities, required standardized datasheets to be developed and populated, to ensure that all information on critical maintainable items was made easily available to all stakeholders.
Gudai-Darri Handover Support
Information Quality were pleased to assist Rio Tinto with the implementation of the Digital Asset in Rio’s most technically advanced mine, Gudai-Darri.
Project information was expedited into Rio’s digital asset, with areas of information handover which required particular attention highlighted and strategies to optimise access to information received from the Contractor implemented.
Oil Search Asset CFT Data Project
Oil Search chose to leverage Information Quality’s proven engineering data scraping expertise to review thousands of engineering deliverables and extract key engineering attribute relationships to support maintenance and operations. IQ employed tried and tested techniques, algorithms and some machine learning to expedite tens of thousands of engineering attribute relationships for upload into the operational systems.
Beach Energy MEG Salt Reclaimer Maintenance Build
Beach Energy have leveraged Information Quality’s extensive Asset Management experience to deliver a full SAP maintenance build for the Otway MEG Salt Reclaimer Package. The result delivered an optimised build aligned to Beach standards supporting efficient maintenance execution and included maintenance procedures and bill of materials.
Planned Maintenance Optimisation (PMO) Project
This large scale PMO project leveraged Information’s Quality’s proven asset master data management and maintenance strategy expertise to meet the objective of ensuring appropriate maintenance for safe and stable operations. The project also sought to assure data accuracy alignment of maintenance requirements and improvement to maintenance planning and execution efficiency, including package maintenance.
Oil Search Asset Management Improvement Project
Information Quality have been engaged to assist Oil Search in the review and where required, improvement of SAP Maintenance and Materials Master Data. In addition, IQ are providing support for the development of maintenance procedures as required, together with maintenance planning support to ensure effective work management. Information Quality are excited to continue to support Oil Search on their journey operating unique assets in PNG.
Beach Energy Otway BIM Maintenance Build
Beach Energy have extended Information Quality’s Asset Management expertise to deliver a full SAP maintenance build for the Otway Butane Injection Module. The build included optimised maintenance aligned to Beach standards supporting efficient maintenance execution, together with maintenance procedures and bill of materials.
IQ is Carbon Neutral again for 2021
Following on from our efforts in 2020, the report for 2021 has now been finalised and Information Quality are once again Carbon Neutral.
The growth of our teams and personnel, along with coming back to the office as we moved into a COVID-normal way of life, presented a challenge to keeping our workplace emissions low.
This led some of the team to really Think Outside The Box, and transition the internal Quality Assurance for MOC Drafting to a fully digital operation.
Forrestfield Airport Link Handover Management
Information Quality were requested to assist the Contractor to develop Asset Management Plans and handover documentation to enable the Contractor to meet project handover criteria and schedule.
Information Quality’s team of experienced Asset Management and project delivery professionals were able to collate and interpret the many information sources and compile a suite of documentation to meet client expectations.
