Woodside Campaign Maintenance Project
Woodside elected to optimise maintenance routines on the Karratha Gas Plant to further improve plant safety and reliability.
IQ’s passion to evolve and drive continuous improvement made them a logical choice to implement the required updates to Woodside’s SAP maintenance system.
During the project, IQ were also responsible for rolling out the new maintenance regime to the plant. This involved extensive engagement both on site in Karratha and within the Woodside Perth office. Such a high level of stakeholder engagement, ensured that Woodside personnel understood and embraced the shift in operational and maintenance culture, which in turn proved to be the cornerstone to the project’s success.
