Information Quality have completed another Artificial Intelligence driven scope utilising our new AI specific on-premise hardware and inhouse training routines.

Our cutting-edge AI agents demonstrated fantastic speed and precision in extracting and classifying complex engineering data from over 24,000 vendor data books (or roughly 1.7million pages). This included deliverable classification, client-specific codification, and detailed equipment data extraction.

Once extracted, the information was utilised to form new client defined documents according to the client’s internal codification, allowing bespoke vendor documents normally buried within MDRs to be readily available as individual company documents.

The equipment and tagging data extracted from unstructured deliverables formed the foundation of Equipment Registers, providing huge efficiencies for our client. IQ’s advanced inhouse trained agents ensure that client’s data remains on our secure servers, and that no intra-client learning or data sharing is used.
