Woodside undertook a project to convert 1300 P&ID’s and 400 PFD’s in varying formats from industry standard 2D applications such as AutoCAD and Microstation as well as PDS 2D, into Intergraph’s SmartPlant P&ID. IQ were contracted to perform a Quality Assurance review of the initial electronic conversion supplied to Woodside. As a result, a significant rectification project to ensure all drawings were compliant with Woodside corporate standards was completed successfully.
