ProDat Tag Management

Management of equipment numbering is simple and intuitive with ProDat.

Whether generating a single Tag to meet corporate standards or identifying all equipment on a new project, control and management of Tagging in a standardised manner is critical.

The ProDat Tag Management Interface is an easy and efficient way to allow all authorised users to generate unique identifiers, ready for approval and implementation.

ProDat Tag Management

Tagged correctly first time

When a new item or set of items need to be identified, getting it right first time is key to efficient workflows.

The ProDat Tag Management module allows rapid and simple generation of tags, whether as stand-alone items, children of existing tags or a full assembly including multiple children in a user-defined hierarchy.

Once configured, a new assembly generates all required Tags for complex structures, including Equipment Types, Maintenance Types and Maintenance Hierarchy development.

Maintenance Hierarchy Automated

The ProDat Tag Management module builds the Maintenance Hierarchy automatically for the newly generated Tags.

Placing all maintainable items in the correct location in the Hierarchy, automatically allocating Maintenance strategies, and clearly flagging non-maintainable items all in a single process the ProDat Tag Management system increases the efficiency and standardises new Tag allocation..

Information Requirements Allocated

When new Tags are added using the ProDat Tag Management module, all Engineering requirements are automatically allocated at the time of Tag Identification.

Class library correlations are automatically generated, creating the correct information profile, including business criticality from the moment the equipment requirement is identified..

Tags are automatically added to any Key Engineering Lists upon inception, providing immediate and clear communication of handover expectations.
