ProDat Information Management

To enable digital operations and the implementation of an accurate digital twin, it is essential that information is reliable, retrievable and relevant.

ProDat has been utilised within our organisation and across a broad range of clients since 2009.

We are proud to have converted all the lessons, optimisations and efficiencies from a multitude of projects and use cases into a single easy to use web interface.

“Information is a source of learning. But unless it is organised, processed, and available to the right people in a format for decision making, it is a burden, not a benefit.”
– William Pollard

ProDat Information Management

Class Library

The Class Library is the keystone of effective Information Management.

ProDat’s class library administration module links data requirements and equipment classifications to the principles of CFIHOS adapted to your specific requirements.

Each class library attribute is assigned a criticality per class and subclass within ProDat, enabling simple, intuitive and effective identification of information criticality.

The user-friendly interface facilitates simplified comparison of attribute requirements across each class to better support compliant and pragmatic information requirements.

Key Engineering Lists

The workhorse of the Information Management effort, Key Lists present the primary information requirements of the class library into standardised, discipline specific structures which are familiar to internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers and vendors.

ProDat’s ability to develop, manage and produce key lists facilitates excellence in Information Management.
