Planned Maintenance Optimisation (PMO) Project
This large scale PMO project leveraged Information’s Quality’s proven asset master data management and maintenance strategy expertise to meet the objective of ensuring appropriate maintenance for safe and stable operations. The project also sought to assure data accuracy alignment of maintenance requirements and improvement to maintenance planning and execution efficiency, including package maintenance.
The project achieved all its objectives, delivering a suite of optimised, standardised and digitised maintenance strategies with an efficient and continuously assured maintenance data build aligned to the developed strategies.
The resultant high-quality maintenance data provides insights to help make informed decisions about resource allocation, asset lifespan and overall maintenance strategy.
