Another Carbon Neutral year at IQ
IQ have retained our carbon neutral accreditation, with the release of our 2022 Carbon footprint report, provided by WA-founded platform ClimateClever.
Living up to our corporate value of we do the right thing, we have offset 22t-CO2e emissions, achieving a net total footprint in 2022 of -0.63 t-CO2e.
This result couldn’t have been achieved without our staff sweating the small stuff, with a number of office localized goals achieved, including: adding multiple recycling bins of both co-mingled and paper / cardboard varieties, switching from paper towel to tea towels, ensuring eco-mode on the dishwasher stays on, and making smarter purchasing choices such as recycled batteries and pen refills.
While retaining a carbon neutral status is an achievement in itself, all of us at here IQ continually strive for improvement and identify ways in which we can further reduce our carbon emissions.
